What is your favorite system of all time?

After all these years it's still the original Playstation for me. Home to my favorite game of all time, Metal Gear Solid. It was also a great time if you were a JRPG fan. FF7, FF8, FF9, Vagrant Story, Xenogears and so much more. Could be nostalgia for me, but it was a special time indeed. What about you, SW?

Saturn use to be #1 but the Pro has too many good games and is vastly more powerful.

Even though I've spent many many more hours on later consoles like Xbox 360 & Xbox One, I still think the consoles I played most in high school give me the fondest memories... those being OG Xbox & Gamecube. I loved those systems so damn much.

Amiga 500. But i think we are living the best era in gaming now, no matter the system.

Probably Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, Original Xbox in that order.

Nostalgically speaking it would be the SNES. I have so many great memories playing some of my all time favourite games such as:

- Chrono Trigger

- Super Mario World

- Final Fight

- The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past

- Contra III: The Alien Wars

- Mega Man X

- Super Metroid

- Sparkster

- Final Fantasy II and III

- Super Castlevania

- Breath of Fire 1 and 2

- Earthbound

- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time

And many more.

The N64 is my all time favorite. I have so many great memories from playing Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, Mario Kart 64, Mario Party, Goldeneye 007, and the greatest series of wrestling games of all time (Revenge/WM2000/No Mercy).

Freaking amazing choice. OoT is one of my favourite gaming memories. Goldeneye goes without saying.

xbox 360. we finally got PC quality games for consoles on that machine.

I've had lots of systems over the years.

I can't rate a single favorite.

But I can mentioned my first pc that was a 386 at 16mhz with 640kb of ram.

I played great games and learned a lot about computers and started my passion.

Then the original gameboy. I remember the day I got it so well.

Then the ps2, where I played ffx, metal gear 2, gt3, jak and Daxter, devil may cry.

Such great times!

GameCube.

For me it's a tie between n64 and gc.

Now I would argue the OG Xbox offered that first with games like SC:Chaos Theory and Riddick: Escpae From Butcher Bay.

From a purely nostalgic point of view, it would have to be the Sega Mega Drive.
