I'll go with the PS4 and the Xbox 540 or 720 or 1080 or whatever dumb name MS choose.Floppy_JimYa same plan for me
No consoles. Sticking with PC and whatever the best handheld available is. Likely DS2.AAllxxjjnnSmartest post in the thread.
Learning from my mistakes of the past 2 generations, I definitely won't be getting any of the consoles at launch. I thought all three consoles this generations had horrible launches. The 360 had a platformer, and the Wii had a mini-game collection and Zelda port, while the PS3 had nothing of interest to me, so I'll be waiting to pick up any consoles. More than likely I'll be going with Nintendo, as they've actually given me the most entertainment this generation, but it'll all come down to who can give me the best deal with the games I want the most.
It'll also depend on price for me. Sony will hopefully learn that most people won't pay $600 for a console no matter its value, and Microsoft of course will not repeat their biggest blunder of this generation, so guess I'll have to see which console is a decent price with the most games that appeal to me. I probably won't buy any system though until at least 6 months in; more likely a year. Heck, when I bought my Wii I only had a few games for a few months, then started picking up some good stuff, and I bought a 360 in Christmas 2007, and barely had any games I wanted until partway into 2008.
