if you have Wi fi then go the ps3 it's so much easier than having all these cords everywhere, if you want a console that comes online gaming ready then get a ps3, the 360 has no wi fi and you have to get a add on called xbox live if you want to play games online that costs money!!!!! if you dont want a console that sounds as loud as the inside of a airplane taking off then dont get a xbox 360, if you dont want a controller where you have to put batteries in it then dont get a xbox 360, if you dont want to worry about your console breaking down and scratching the disc then dont get a xbox 360, if you want a quality built machine then dont get a xbox 360 get a ps3

If you want your console to come with the necessary cables to hook it up to an HDTV go with 360.
