You can get a 360 arcade for 199 dollars. It plays most of the games avaliable for PS3. Why people rather buying a PS3 is beyond me.
You can get a PS3 for $400. It has blu-ray, free online, Wi-Fi, reliable hardware. It plays most games avaiable on the 360. You can get a PC for $500. It has mods, free/better online, unlimited BC, a wide range on controllers. It plays most games available on the PS3/360. Why people rather buying a PS3/360 is beyond me.
Cause for 199 you don't get online, you need to buy batteries for the controllers, you have no HD so you can't download map packs or any content, no wifi, no Blu Ray. Get a PS3 imo, it's the better piece of tech and has been getting more high quality exclusives only playable on the PS3, it's future looks really good too.You can get a 360 arcade for 199 dollars. you ask why people would want a PS3 ?
MGS4
inFAMOUS
Killzone 2
Little Big Planet
God of War 3
Uncharted 2
Valkyria Chronicles
Final Fantasy Versus
Heavy Rain
Gran Turismo
and so on
blue ray, reliable system, free online, no batteries needed, it doesn't sound like a plane engine when turned on.

On-topic, just see which system has more games that interest and you should really do your own research.

in all seriousness I hate going to the store to buy batteries for the wii I find it much better plugging the joystick to the PS3 to recharge I see it as a factor.

In all seriousness as well, that doesn't mean in the slightest that it should be used as an arguement for which console costs more.Which system has the games you like best? Get that one. Don't pay attention to people who try and steer you in a particular direction because of their tastes. That's a perfectly good way to wind up disappointed. I amazed at how many people ask this same question here.

In all seriousness as well, that doesn't mean in the slightest that it should be used as an arguement for which console costs more.this thread is not about what cost more it's about what the TC should get and batteries should factor, because it's an anoyance to be going to the store to get some duracels every 2 weeks.
I buy consoles so I can enjoywhat they are supposed to provide: games. If TC has money and is interested in all those things PS3 has then he should buy a PS3.

you could always buy the recharge kit. yes it's a cost on top of the console, but the recharge kit's go for cheap now(in the uk anyway).[QUOTE="simslifer"][QUOTE="moose_knuckler"]In all seriousness as well, that doesn't mean in the slightest that it should be used as an arguement for which console costs more.Mckenna1845

That's silly. Are you going to tack on the price for every accessory you buy to the cost of the console? You don't need it, but it makes your experience a bit better. I didn't add on the price of a second controller, Bluetooth mic, Bluetooth remote, 250 gig HD to the price of my PS3 when I bought one.you could always buy the recharge kit. yes it's a cost on top of the console, but the recharge kit's go for cheap now(in the uk anyway).[QUOTE="Mckenna1845"][QUOTE="simslifer"]

It's just the same annoyance as me having to shell out an extra $10-$15 on electric consumption per monthwhich I can't control (saying if you play a PS3 quite a bit and the same amount of time you play a 360) compared to buying a rechargeable battery pack on the 360. If your honestly going to go down this road about "batteries should count" then I don't see why a higher electric bill shouldn't coutn either, even though you shouldn't count either to begin withat same time, you can buy a Kia Rio for $12,000. It gets me from A to B. Why people rather a Mercedes Benz for 30k+ is beyond me.You can get a 360 arcade for 199 dollars. It plays most of the games avaliable for PS3. I guess you haven't noticed that SW users have an epic power of estimating and seeing the future.. Though it mostly doesn't turn out as planned, their power is very active.

mmgh...i see...at same time, you can buy a Kia Rio for $12,000.mithrixxYes, you can. And you can save up the 20k you would spend up in a Mercedes. Just pointing up my opinion, as that was exactly what TC asked.

Although it does vary depending on where you live and how much you consume.
