[QUOTE="Garfield360UK"]Yeah, I agree, I make that mistake from time to time. However I have not done this recently. I usually get one or two at a time now and wait a while till I get another.
Just a side question from this, is the Wii points good value for money for the games? I mean if you pay £15 for the points card then I want good value from this. What sort of titles are there out now that are good for the Wii? ( I heard Red Steel is a either love it or hate it type game as that looked good from what I have seen but the controls need to be spot on for me to enjoy a game).

The only way to answer that is this: some games are worth it, some are abysmally not. Best to read up on the games you're thinking about buying before you buy them.
Yes - as a UK gamer you also have to watch out for PAL conversion issues with legacy software. This is a bigger deal with the 2D consoles than it is with the N64 emulation for the most part.
The three games you've listed in this thread (Mario Kart 64, Lylat Wars, OOT) are well worth their purchase price. For the most part they look and run quite a bit better than the original versions running on the real N64, especially if you have a progressive display. The Wii VCS versions are the best versions of these games available and they all hold up well.
Those are the only games you don't own that you've mentioned by name in this thread, btw. It really sounds like you want the Virtual Console service. If £180 seems too steep for just that keep in mind that it also emulates GCN perfectly, comes with Wii Sports, and already has some titles worthy of purchase and quite a few worth renting or borrowing.
It will have a very nice holiday season this year. The price isn't going to drop anytime soon. Now is as good a time to buy it as any, it might get harder to find if you wait till October/November.
(I'm into the VCS for about $90 myself. There's something oddly compelling about having say, F-Zero, plugged into the system all the time.)
