I don't know how many of you know or care that there is a Nintendo Conference tonight in Japan but Gonintendo is reporting on some rumors that have popped up sofar. Two of them are release dates for Japan Mario Party DS andMario Galaxy. One is a price drop for the DS. Another concerns new colors for the Wii. And finnally there is talk of a big game announcment. So who wants to speculate?
I somehow doubt that the DS will get a price drop.
It's consistently the best-selling system on the market, there are some big releases coming up (Zelda FTW), and they're making a lot of profit on each one.
A price drop is never a bad thing, but I don't see it.
I expect a bunch of sorry looking games and more milkage of the Mario Universe combined with inane color variations for their existing systems and maybe a new Nintendog.

and i hope they announce something about SSBB's online some time soon......or else i'm just going to have to accept the fact that nintendo doesn't care enough for online to get it done
A real DK platforming game would be amazing. Donkey Konga and Jungle Beat were enjoyable, and Barrel Blast looks at least rent-worthy, but I need a true successor to DK64.
Hopefully they finally give us details on the Wii Hard drive since the Wiiware games are going to be coming in Q1 next year, maybe make it a double big announcement of Saturn games coming to VC.
