quad 6600, 2 gig of ram, 1950xt 256mb i think i can run it fine but multiplayer sucks for pc compare to xbox 360 only 20-30 people playing on online for pc version i belive........
PC = better graphics, better control, greater singleplayer with bonus stuff.. Havn't heard about the multiplayer community, if thats true thats shame.. Though I am sure thats temporary, look at all the huge shooters that came out in such a short itme.. I am sure more people will come in a few months..
That being said its up to you.. I suppose if you want to play multiplayer at the get go, the best experience would be form the Xbox360 just because of more people are playing the multiplaye rrigh tnow.

I honestly don't know how many people are playing online on the PC version, as I don't have it.
What I do know is that the PC version is superior in graphics, content, control scheme and cost.
Basically you need to find out how active Gears PC is. While I doubt it's as popular as other PC games, I can't imagine you'd ever struggle to find a game.
