360.....because I dont own bad systemsBigDizz
Bad as in a console that RRoD's and gets EXCLUSIVE games that are ported to PC afterwards?
Good choice!!!!
I'm going with the 360 version, although the NES version looks quite appetizing.
[QUOTE="theflash118"]I'll get the PS3 version until the dlc comes out then get the 360 versionEuroMafiaThat's called, wasting money; no point owning 2 games.
i would obviously sell the PS3 version before i got the 360 version and my reasoning for getting the PS3 version first is because my 360 is broken atm
Rockstar says differently:|[QUOTE="ermacness"][QUOTE="daveg1"]360 version because i think it will run better than the ps3 version...SSCyborg
I'm sorry but you expect Rockstar to come out and say "Runs better on [Insert console here]"?
It can still run better on one.
if it ran much different on the ps3..they wouldnt use the 360 version to promote it.
I'm getting the definitive version on the definitive console. I mean why would you choose the version with no exclusive content at all? I mean big fans of GTA is going to get the version with more game. If they own both but get the one with less content, they're more of a fan of Sony and not a big fan of GTA. Jump in.

Wow, what a blatant and ignorant fanboy statement.
I will probably buy ps3 first and maybe then on 360.
Don't be upset I don't like your badstation 3well if you don't believe in spending money just to get the "complete experience" then getting it for the ps3 isn't such a bad move after allI'm getting the definitive version on the definitive console. Don't be upset I don't like your badstation 3360, considering my brother does not bring his PS3 home frequently enough. But I do hope he gets the PS3 version, so I can play it on it. Because I know already it will feel alot more easier than the 360 controller. Have never played a GTA on a 360/Xbox 1 controller. Not putting down the 360 controller, because it feels great holding while playing my games.
Its just when playing GTA w/ a Sony controller, (i.e. whenever I play GTA4 on a PS3), I will just get that feeling of playing all the past GTA games (GTA 3, VC, San Andreas, GTA 1/2)...brings back awesome memories.

m$ paid 50 mill for this content. You don't expect that with that much money on the line, m$ wouldn't want to tell rockstar to promote the 360 version so they can get back some-most of what they paid for? It's only common sense that rockstar is going to push the 360 version because they got paid 50 mill bucks for that "exclusive " downloadable content. It doesn't actually mean that the ps3 version runs worst[QUOTE="ermacness"][QUOTE="BigDizz"][QUOTE="Dilrod"][QUOTE="BigDizz"]360.....because I dont own bad systemsBigDizz

And what if the content is free? It's just nice to know that there will be exclusive episodic content available for you anytime you feel like getting it than wanting more GTA but don't have that option.

You talk as if it will have "more game" right out of the box when we all know it won't be available until Sept -Novemberish. Anyway, not everyone has the luxury to pay for DLC. Besides that, some people just don't care about it. I'm sure MS won't reveal how many will buy the DLC but I bet it will sell far less than the full game itself.
Anyhoo, out of every post of yours that I've read, none of them ever praise the PS3, but bash it some way or another. According to your sig, however, you own one. Why do you own a console that you bash so much? You might as well sell it for more games on the "definitive console."

It isn't going to be free, but I definitely understand your reasoning further on (Having it there just case you ever want it...).[QUOTE="ermacness"][QUOTE="ReverseCycology"]well if you don't believe in spending money just to get the "complete experience" then getting it for the ps3 isn't such a bad move after allI'm getting the definitive version on the definitive console. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do you know who we are talking about here? We are talking about a company that charge you money just to change your GT, themes, and gamerpics. We're talking about the same company that FORCED epic to charge users for new maps, and on top of that m$ paid 50 MILL for this content!!!!!!!!! Expect to be paying for it (heck, i wouldn't be surprised if the content cost like 15-20 bucks for it)[QUOTE="ReverseCycology"][QUOTE="ermacness"][QUOTE="ReverseCycology"]well if you don't believe in spending money just to get the "complete experience" then getting it for the ps3 isn't such a bad move after allI'm getting the definitive version on the definitive console. now that right there doesn't make any sense. How rockstar's going to charge users for the content when m$ already paid rockstar for the content? It's m$ who needs to make the money back, not rockstarI'm getting the 360 version for the following great reasons:
Achievements - It's nice completing all the things you need to do in GTA IV and you have proof.
Rumble - It's nice having rumble with every 360 controller out of the box and you don't have to wait or export anything. I rather spend that money on content than just to get rumble in a controller when it should've had it the first place.
Headsets - It's nice knowing that every gamer you'll encounter in the GTA IV multiplayer will guaranteed to have headsets since it comes standard out of the box. And this is important so everyone will be organize and play the game right and not just running around not doing what you're suppose to do and complete the missions and score points.
Custom sound tracks - It's nice just have this extra feature so whenever you don't feel like listening to the GTA IV music, you could just play your own and not have to worry about plugging in an ipod or whatever.
oh I almost forgot,
Exclusive episodic content - While the PS3 version of GTA IV will have a beginning and an ending, the definitive 360 version will continue through these exclusive episodic content. It's just nice knowing that there's more GTA for you whenever you feel like getting the content, better than wanting more but you don't even have that option.
