What video game music are you listening to?

I got a free trial of Apple Music and they have the MGS theme there 🤣 Unfortunately I can't find the same quality on YouTube, but I did find a live rendition of it. Badass!

One of the most memorable video game soundtracks ever. Each time i hear it, it gets stuck in my head for the day. I hope the next Kojima game has some original soundtracks instead of using Silent Poets (which is great but come on)

- King of Fighters ‘95 and ‘96

- Final Fight

I have a few lofi channels I listen to that are game related, and I go through some phases with Final Fantasy soundtracks. The Skyrim Dovahkiin song is always on my workout playlist. Nothing helps improve run times and max weights limits quite like epic Viking-esk battle music.

It really is amazing. At least he doesn't sing for his new games lol.

What's the difference between loft and hifi? I'm a newb to that stuff.

they say Hifi is high fidelity and lofi is low fidelity. High fidelity seems to be more of the original sounds while low fidelity can be a remix beat. I listen to Lofi usually because I can listen to it while doing something else. here's some lofi examples I listen to:

On my way to work, so I'm listening to a Spotify playlist called Grand Theft Auto: The Complete Collection. It's supposed to have every song from every GTA game.

Really looking forward to next Saturday--the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra is hosting a performance where they are performing music from Final Fantasy VII Remake. The wife and I are looking forward to it.

Nice! I was supposed to go to the Final Fantasy concert in NYC but that was right before the pandemic happened. They refunded my tickets ☹

Most of the state is vaxed up, so they are allowing public events to a degree. The wife LOVES the music from the games, so she is just beyond excited for this. Hope you get to see it at some point.

I started listening to some tracks from Final fantasy crystal chronicles and the crystal bearers. Not great games but some wonderful music.

Also continue to listen to music from Neo: the world ends with you. Great game with an awesome soundtrack.

some monster hunter world and everyone has gone to the rapture from time to time too.

I finally shifted my Xenoblade 2 soundtrack addiction.....mostly :S.

Just picked up Neo: The Worlds Ends With You! was waiting for a sale.

Xenoblade 2 has an amazing soundtrack. Definitely looking forward to the third game.

Yeah X2 has one of the great soundtracks. a shame about the game itself (don't set me off again :P). I'm also looking forward to 3. even the best devs can mess up: hopefully monolithsoft are back on form for 3.

@osan0: sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't had sold my special edition of X2 lol. I didn't like it very much, but I think it's rare now.
