What was the last 3 games you beat and what would you rate them?

Here's mine, starting with most recent.

1. Divinity Original Sin (classic edition): 8/10. Loved the combat, everything else not so much. Boring story, characters, npcs, towns. Too much reading and too much figuring things out lol. Too long. But I loved the combat. I look forward to the second one hoping that it improves on these things.

2. Nioh: 9/10. Great combat. Loved the boss fights. Loved the different ways you can set up your character. As for the negatives.. recycling of enemies. Story seemed cool, but I had no idea what was going on. I did like the cut scenes though. Overall, great game! Want to play the sequel.

3. God of War: 9/10. Awesome combat. Good pacing, good story. Loved the way you can control Atreus in combat. Good set up for the next trilogy. Not enough mini-boss variety; it was all trolls. Wasn't a big fan of Baldur. The game lacked epic boss fights except for the dragon, but even that was too scripted. Also, the semi-open world felt incomplete. These are nitpicks to an overall great game. Would buy the next one hands down.

Xcom 2. 10/10 played with the chosen expansion for the first time, its a really really great game!

No no kuni 2. 7,5/10. Good but way to easy combat and the story never really takes off... inferior in every way to the first one.

The last 3 games that I beat ? That is a little hard.

Sonic Mania Plus - 10/10. I've beaten it nearly 20 times, so it's safe to say that it's my favorite game of the gen, a top 5 all-time favorite, and it's a coin-flip between Mania and 3 & Knuckles as my favorite Sonic. The Mania Plus physical packaging is also wonderful, especially the SEGA Genesis cover art.

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon - 9/10. For just being a backer bonus, or as a $10 standalone game, its quality goes far beyond than what I expected. Getting all of the endings is super fun, and overall, it's up there with the rest of Inti Creates' best work. Anyone that likes classic Castlevania needs to play it.

God of War - 8/10. It's a good game, but I was not enamored with it like everyone else. At the end of the day, it just comes off as Soulsborne lite, which is not a bad thing, but I'd rather play them over this if given a choice.

Nier Automata: 9/10, As a fan of the original Nier, this one feels like what the original intended, the soundtrack in the original is great but this one is beyond that.

Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia: 8/10. Predictable story still the best fire emblem on 3DS.

Whispering Willows: 7/10 A nice point and click game but lacks in every department.

@SolidGame_basic: lol. Well it's a good deal for $30 (the game, reversible Genesis/Mega Drive cover, a 30 page art book, shiny cover slip, and a 15% coupon off an order from the SEGA shop), but unless you're a diehard fan and need all of that, the DLC itself only costs $5. The free QoL improvements are also really nice, like the new zone transitions, boss fight balances, and the ability to toggle on and off the time limit as well as Sonic's secondary abilities on save files.

1. Witcher 3 (second playthrough) - 9.7, except some open world tropes, it is one of the greatest games of all time

2. Xcom 2 - 9.2, its frustrating at first but becomes magical near the end

3. AO Tennis - 7.3, a promising start to a franchise, but needs a lot of work in the gameplay department.

Mafia 3 8/10

1. State of Decay 2 (7 out of 10) I played this on PC and it was a fun game; it's the type of genre I enjoy a lot no matter how overused it may be sometimes with the whole open world zombies roaming around. The story? It was quite lackluster or non-existent; it was more focused on base building and taking out the plague hearts scattered around; once you cleared out 10 of them you would do a few quests and the game is over with. You can start a new game with your old community but once I beat this game once with the sheriff as my leader I don't really see myself coming back to this game. The graphics were not that great, the controls worked fine, the gameplay itself was fun. Sound was pretty good as well. I received this game for free but even at $30 I'm not sure I could recommend this game UNLESS you're a fan of the genre or you enjoyed the first one; it's more or less similar to the first one.

2. Firewatch (8.5 out of 10) I played this on PC as well. This little gem was a great game, it started off very well and the story was quite interesting, the dialogue between your character and Delilah was great. The art style of the game was gorgeous. A lot of tension for me in the beginning when I encountered certain things as I played; making me wonder what exactly is going on and it made me want to go deeper into the game. Gameplay was simple but engaging. The ending was just anti-climatic...

3. Horizon (9.5 out of 10) This game was just phenomenal, one of my favorite games by far on the Playstation. The graphics are the best I've ever seen for any console game ever. The controls were smooth, tight gameplay, killing machines just felt so satisfying. Aloy is a great character and the game never feels overwhelming.

@Renegade_Fury: lol I like the little extras. I would also get 20% off since I have a gamers club membership from best buy. Should I do it?!

@SolidGame_basic: I mean I would, but I'm crazy and have bought this game multiple times already, including last year's collector's edition, lol.

I'm not finding much that I like this gen. Divinity 2 is probably going to be my last purchase for the year. I'm looking forward to the Resident Evil 2 remake. I'm currently playing Skyrim. Been playing it off and on over the past year.

Diablo III: Reaper of Souls (PS4) - 9/10. Just a overall fun game to play with your friends couch co-op.

Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - 9.9/ 10. I would give this game a 10, but the god awful weapon durability prevents me giving it a perfect score.

DOOM (2016) (Switch) - 9/10. Doom reboot is pretty much a reminder of why I play VGs in the first place. Oh and the switch port of it is just stunning.... Wish It had Snapmap tho.

I have finished a grand total of 1 game(s) this year so far... and that's because it was only 4 hours long.

Fable Anniversary - I would give that a 7/10

A fun game but some glaring technical issues definitely impacted my enjoyment of it. (Ex. Game freezing during loading, frame time skips, major texture pop in.)

Fallout: New Vegas - This gets an 8.5/10.

A great installment in the series plus I love all the choices you can make. The characters had me fairly intrigued as well.

Rise of the Tomb Raider - This gets a 9/10. I enjoyed the crafting elements of the games as well as being more open compared to the TR reboot. Has me excited for Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Mario Odyssey 9/10

This is easily the best game in the franchise by far. The combat felt more engaging and tactical. They actually had a full, and interesting world to explore mostly at your leisure and Kratos was actually likable.

-Celeste: 10/10

Perfect control, perfect level design and a very poignant and relatable story to boot. A triumph on all fronts

-Super Mario Odessey: 8/10

This game sort of left me feeling unsatisfied. It's really fun and the platforming mechanics are sublime, but it never really wowed or pushed me to the same level of joy Mario's last two 3D adventures did. It's the same way I felt about the first Galaxy game. Hopefully there's a "Galaxy 2" for Odessey.

Detroit Become Human - 9

Great game with tons of outcomes. Adds a lot of replayability.

God of War - 9

Much better than the last couple. Looking forward to seeing where they take it.

AC Origins - 7

Not bad but didn't like being forced to do side quests.
