Castlevania:SotN That's only because I figured out you could insert the game into a CD player, skip the first two tracks, and it would actually play the music. Only do this with a cheap player you care nothing about. I'm not responsible for what it might do to a 5.1 system.

Actually, My pick has something to do with your sig. I play Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo OST like they brand new. I had CB for 8 years now and SC for 4 years. I'm not exaggerating when I say I play them everyday.
It's not quite what you asked for, but I've been listening to The Black Mages and Project Chaos, a Sonic 3 & Knuckles remix soundrack. I've been wanting to get the OST to Final Fantasy X for a while, too.
I loved the KOTOR sound track. There was one specific tune that I could just listen to over and over again. (It played inside of your hideout appartment on Taris and when you met up with Bastilla in the Unknown Planet Temple).
EDIT: ^^^ Good call :P Last notable one for me would be Baten Kaitos Origins. It manages to almost live up to the original's. Anyone know the name of the song...[spoiler] When you're fighting Wiseman's ghost thing at the end of the game? It's the best song in the game and I don't know what it's called. And it's at the end, so I don't recall an opportunity to check the menu in the game [/spoiler]
