What yearly franchise(s) do you support?

Let's face it, you buy them. That's why they are so successful. But which ones do you get?

I get Call of Duty. Will usually play for a couple months or so and then move on. What about you, SW?

Call of Duty as well but even though the Black Ops games have been my favorite in the series, I think I'm going to skip BO3. Not that I didn't enjoy the beta, just between Gears of War Ultimate, Halo 5 and Battlefront I'm going to have way to many shooters.

Every year is too much. Hence, none.

None. I will pick up a COD or AC game every couple years, but I get franchise fatigue pretty fast if I play game series that have yearly iterations. Just too much.

COD and NBA 2K series at my home. We only buy 1 good Madden per gen though.

Madden

Yes, it's been stuck in a repetitive limbo for a fucking decade and I know I'm a dumbass to continue buying it every year. But I'm a huge football fan.

Still praying that EA eventually loses the exclusivity rights with the NFL so 2K can jump back into the picture.

NBA2K i guess, but i admit, the new one, while good, is still rehashed to high heaven. I like the Black Ops games, but i dont buy the other ones, just Black Ops. Done with Assassins Creed, no more for me. Guess i like Dark Souls, its rehash now.

I like the Pokemon games, but i admit, i actually dont buy them really, i bought Omega Ruby and it actually blew me away. But i hadnt played a Pokemon game since the originals. I now have bought a few other Pokemon games, but havnt played them yet, still working on Omega Ruby.

None, although I do love the Sledgehammer developed Call of Duty games.

None. I use to buy some AC game here and there but only and ONLY when it comes down in price.

call of duty as i've been playing them since the beginning, i'll be damned if i'm going to stop now. i also buy the big ea shooter every year, be it bf, moh, whatever. love them all.

I can understand why sports games need to come out yearly, but I choose not to support companies like Activision and Ubisoft that pump out yearly steaming piles of shit.

The From Software game- Dark Souls 2 was 2014, Bloodborne was 2015, Dark Souls 3 is 2016, and I'm sure there will be a Bloodborne 2 in 2017.
