I only played Most Wanted on my PSP although I've seen PS2/360 gameplay of it.
I enjoyed the NFS: Underground/2 quite a lot. I think they were very underrated by Gamespot. They were extremely cool for their time and I think combination of Most Wanted & Underground would make for a really really great game.
Didn't like Most Wanted very much. Ugly presentation, crappy physics. The cop chases were done well though. My favorite is Porsche Unleashed. Had c lass And un-crappy physics.
Probably between NFS3: Hot Pursuit and NFS:Most Wanted. Obviously Most Wanted is a better game but Hot Pursuit was as good or maybe even better when it came out.
On the other hand there is a subgroup of NFS fans that only got into the series because of the Underground games, and only like that mod stuff.
i was actually gonna say most wanted before i opened this thread and still am gonna, its not the deepest game for customization, but i love the soundtrack and the cutscenes have this awesome effect to them, i dont even know what to call it, but the way the game is set up makes it fun to playthrough the the cliche ending and all
