Sorry, i would have made a poll, but i cant.

I'd say Pokemon. All age groups were hooked at some point or another, at least for the first 150. when the pokemon count broke 4 digits, it just got out of hand.

I would of said Pokemon if it was in it's prime, but WOW is huge now.

As of current, Pokemon.

But Mario without a doubt has the biggest legacy.

WoW, I think, is def. more known in Europa and USA then in Asia. Between WoW and Mario...hmm. Hard...cuz even my grandparents know who Mario is.

I've got to go with WoW.

Bundled or not, it still counts towards the number of people exposed to Mario and his games.

But out of WoW and Pokemon...I'd definitely say Pokemon.
It's the second best selling game franchise of all time (Wikipedia), and any casual who has touched a Nintendo console (or watched tv in the mornings in the 90's, or have had friends who were kids in the 90s) would have heard of it...World of Warcraft simply isn't as popular or well-known.

Ask anybody anywhere who mario is they will know. majority of developed countries may know world of warcraft, but mario is known by everyone. He's even had tv shows and movies.

wow is the biggest game you can subscribe to, but it's still no mario.
