Whats with the arguments between the 360vsPS3

They basically have there advantages and disadvantages.

games

It all comes down to preference if you like games from sony like gow and FF then the ps3 is for you

If you like halo and forza then the 360 is for you

online

they both do the same thing allow you to communicate,play,and download with other people around the world

controllers

all on preference

entertainment like movies

so far the ps3

number of games

the 360 a one year start helps

Basically it is all on preference thats why there are three consoles

Yeah it is pretty much preference and people just want to think they're right all the time (FANBOYS), and all they do is have countless and pointless arguments which are all based on opinion. Until a system completely excels another in all categories of argument (i.e. graphics, # games, # exclusives, Online play, online community, interface, achievement system, downloads, ETC.) these arguments and system wars is pretty much pointless.

Yeah, I favor the ps3 more than the 360 but the 360 isn't bad.

I believe that both consoles are great (I like the 360 more, but still got clear how great the PS3 is).

But this is System Wars, so we discuss even the most irrational things, just for fun. Of course, there are posters that can't look beyond their fanboysm, but there's always someone who owns them. So it's fun.

There is just alot of fanboys and brand loyalists who think their console is the greatest one. Whether it be hardcore Sony loyalists (from the PSX days) or Microsoft loyalists ( those who love Halo and windows). Me personally, I jump ship every generation. I started out with a NES moved on to the PSX, got a gamecube last gen, and here I am today with an Xbox 360 :D

Cool, I was thinking about buying a ps3 but I don't see the use in that since the only game I wanted on their was FF13. I might buy a wii though. Next gen I would probably buy the next xbox.

1- There is only a handful of us who have brains in SW. The rest is like USA (no offense). They think that they can bully whoever they want.

i think SW would be boring without fanboys.... personally i like both PS3 & Xbox360 though i prefare the PS3...

can't wait for Resistance2, Geow2, LBP & Fable2...

The only reason there is any argument at all is that some people are unwilling to admit that if Jesus was still walking around today he would undoubtedly be playing MGS4 at the end of a hard day curing the blind and raising the dead . . . . yeah I said it. WANT TO MAKE SOMETHING OF IT?! ;)
