No, most of the time, it does not. If you can't see this, than open your eyes. One of the top sellings games of all time is Madden, which is just a rehashed game with new rosters that comes out every year.

Usually is the same meaning as most. You wrote, "Usually the most popular are very good". Then you wrote, "Did I say the most?"
Ok, I wrote usually, but i also asked "did I say all" and he said "yes". I did not say all. And usually popular games are good. 50 cent is trash, and I dont like the madden games, but GeoW, counter strike, R6, Call of duty, GTa, halo, ect are all popular and very good. Good or bad is just a matter of opinion.
