What's your favorite video game character from this gen?

Hey SW! Happy Sunday. Just wondering, what is your favorite game character from this gen? Or it could be your top three. Or whatever. And it's okay if they appeared in previous gens too. Here are some (okay, a lot) of mine. You might think some of these choices are a little funny buuuuut I'm a little funny. So yeah.

Aloy easily

Ciri from Witcher 3 would probably top my list (and Geralt of course). Also Clem from the Walking Dead games, and Corvo/Emily from Dishonored.

Blazkowicz from Wolfenstein also comes to mind, and of course Master Chief, although he was wasted in Halo 5.

Can't think of anymore atm.

One of Capcoms best designs and mechanically fun as hell to play.

Jensen is cool. Yennefer Vengeberg, Croft, Gerald

The narrator from Divinity: Original Sin 2. While not a character per se, the game just wouldn't be the same without him and his fantastic voice work.

Not much of a character, but I like the Squid Kid designs from Splatoon.

Lots of back story and development in the short time he's on screen. Love everything to do with him and his sequences.

From this gen huh, I'm going to say 2B

Aloy is my favorite from characters introduced this gen.

@ghosts4ever: I agree about the Doom Slayer. Dude is a total boss. Goes into Hell, kicks ass, and survives without saying a word.

Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn. Very down to earth, and does not flaunt her cleavage like your average female heroes do.

Aloy. Delsin Rowe. (Not many to choose from tbh.)

Man, tough call. I'm not sure any of the characters REALLY resonated with me that much this gen. There were plenty of great games and stories, but individual characters I was really taken by? I don't know.

Aloy was good and HZD gameplay and story were top notch.

Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 were great, but the characters? Eh.

ACO is great, Bayek is cool but he's no Ezio.

Kratos has some potential in the new GOW for me, when it comes out, but we'll see.

The best characters of the gen. They make almost every other gaming character look like gaming characters.

@uninspiredcup: I know he has a fanbase, but damn do I hate his design and look. There's nothing I like about it, and is probably in my top 3 worst looking SF characters.

I'd probably put Necalli in that box, looks like a Slipnot reject and is just a shit, non character. Fighting against him is kinda boring as well. Everything about Fang I find interesting right down to his move-set.

SFV probably has the best Chun Li design. They had different designers for III, so she looked weird, and IV was ok at best. V is the Venus De Milo.

Not many good characters this gen IMO, the few that came in my mind are:

I might have missed a person or two, but it's a really weak gen IMO. Even Disgaea, a series known for its awesome characters, didn't have any characters I really enjoyed. Most of them were whiny brats that annoyed me. Maybe Ann was good.

EDIT: I have yet to play the new Nier title, maybe I'll enjoy the robo-girl as well.

How about him? Best villain easily. And her, one of the more tragic characters this gen.
