Whats your favourite online based Call of Duty game ?

Disregarding single player, co-op, zombies and all other goodies. Purley looking at the MP component. What is your favourite CoD ?

Mine has got to be Call of Duty 4, I own a copy on PC, 360 and PS3. It's just so awsome.

World at War steals second place, with Black Ops coming in at third.

Black Ops. Its the only one I have (DS, of course).

COD4 and Blackops.... I like W@W as well but not as much as COD4 or Blackops. And yeah I own COD4 for PS3,360, and PC 8) Like the PC version the best though.

Having played all of them, I think Cod4>Cod1>Cod2>MW2>Black Ops>World at War>Cod 3

other then kill streaks and gun mods, its stayed pretty much the same with new skins, but they many levels have gotten smaller making sniping less useful or long range weapons kind of in there for **** and giggles, and I miss base assault which was one of my favorite game modes.

Definitely numero uno.

The maps on CoD 1 were large, well designed and balanced. Not to mention all the user created maps :D

anything besides that piece of **** black ops or world at war, treyarch sucks, for me my favorite is mw2 and i loved cod4 as well

Even with its hackers and peer-to-peer networking, and ridiculous noob-tubing and knifing...I still probably enjoyed MW2 the most. There were so many different fun weapon and perk combinations. Shield, stun grenades, and C4 or Semtex or knife, andScavenger.Now that was entertaining.

I liked W@W. Modern Warfare games are borefests.
