I wonder if sony will add a lot more copy protection. it's a double edged sword, they could get more software sales because of it (because they are terrible) but it might lead to less hardware sales.
a ds with better graphics, gamecube quality with 2 bigger screens. that would be the death of the psp. the ds could of benefit better with first person shooters, if it had better graphics.
nintendo will have something .. prob similar to a DS, but extra features like music, vid, internet etc (hopefully)
i reckon it'll only have one screen, but that'll still be a touch screen
they won't release it for a while, with the DS doing so well .. but they'll have it ready for if sony release a PSP2, or someone like M$ or Apple enter the handheld market
Probably late 2009- early 2010. PSP2 will be just the same as PSP but with more useless features, and the next DS'll probably have some new features like a headset.
Hopefully not in a while, we are currently in the handheld Goldenage and it's usually a new system that bring a new philosophy that destorys it (I.E. PSX to PS2 and N64 to GC). The DS still has plenty of life left in it, which is why Nintendo said that they will milk it as long as possible before they make a successor.

I think they'll hold it off until the DS dies down or when Sony releases some new handheld or some other company does to counter that.. which was what the DS was initially intended for anyway..to counter the PSP.
