It might have its low points but PC gaming will last longer than console gaming I can almost garentee it, because people will always have PCs. If nothing else asia will keep it alive. I mean SC is practically Korea's national sport.Guybrush_3
good point. TC you fail
When PC gaming dies, gaming in general will die. And then it's gonna take the PC to ressurrect it, which many consolites will never appreciate.
If PC Gaming was gonna die,it would have done so a long time ago, consolites and their dumbass 'PC Gaming is Dying' theory
Not gonna die, but developers are most likely not going to make many PC exclusives. The PC will be seeing more multiplats in the coming years...ImpexAll platforms will be seeing more multiplats, the PC still has the most exclusives.
The only way PC gaming would ever die is if PC's themselves died. Consider PC's are becoming a part of everything these days, the chances of that are super slim.
Console gaming and PC gaming are both here to stay. There is, and will be a market for both for a very long time.

Really? Because after the '83 crash, the NES brought it back.
Any way, yea, PC gaming aint going nowhere. Consoles will die once full PC-home intergration has been achieved.

It kind came alive because of the crash. PC gaming was basically non-existent in '83. It was there, but it was extremely small compared to the consoles of that era.

He said "gaming in general will die."
Though to be fair, when the crash happend, it was smack bam in the middle of the peak of arcade gaming. SOOO I suppose PC gaming could be considered to be the modern day equivilent of teh Arcade gaming scene.
