When will current consoles graphics peak?

in regards to ps3 and 360 when do u think our systems graphics will come to a point where we will not be saying WOW anymore graphically. Please no sheep comments, thank you.

I mean how long since the ps2 came out since u started saying, yay fun , but meh graphically. Hell already CRYSIS is better than any 360 and ps3 game (but who didnt expect that :P ). Its been a long while since iv been Wowed by my ps2 i know taht much.

I said "yay fun" and "awesome" graphically with Shadow of the Colossus, even though it's not that great a-lookin' game.

When you have so many different art styles like last-gen did, it's hard to tell just what is the cap of graphics.
