when will it ever end

the faulty 360s, they aint fixed it,

it melted my gta iv almost for the 4thg time ,, ,

my newest one needs to be sent in to repairs so does my 2007 unit ,

and my 2007 (replaired unit) have also had problems reading discs,

this makes me go on 8 and 9

yet im only on my 2nd wii and first ps3 still ,

microsoft ever since 360s launch-worst quality ever, it makes me want to gho back to xbox 1 ,

thats just a better console, i never had to call ms once for it,

stil hAVE MY FIRST UNIT which barely reads , and 2 other units that read very good,

sickens me that i have to pay 60 per gta iv each time my 360 decides to melt my disc, microsoft wont give me a replacment either cherap os

I purposely bought a Jasper thinking it wouldn't die but it did. I've got a backup Falcon running just fine though. Still waiting for my Jasper from Microsoft.

I've never heard of a 360 melting a disc, I mean...you do understand the amount of heat necessary to melt a DVD-9 don't you? It's about 350 degrees...usually more. If your xbox 360 was hitting an internal temperature of 350 or more degrees, it'd bake itself completely, and likely set itself on fire (like the original xbox).

On top of that, your own sig has you CURRENTLY playing GTA IV, if the disc was melted, and your xbox 360 broken, how are you currently doing races in Alderney for the past 4 minutes?

Yeah! That's a little extreme, good point. 350 degrees? sheesh. ONLY the Orginal Xbox could set itself on fire.

Leave it to M$ to improve so radically, I think that calls for a thread.

Exact same reason i dont have a 360. I've been back and forth about gettin a 360 alot lately because of the RROD. I only know 1 person with a 360 that hasnt had it cop out on them, and its a launch system. Craziness! Everyone else i know that has a 360 is one their 2nd or 3rd one and i cant in good faith pay hundreds of dollars for something that might not last even a year.

BTW...500-700 C is 932-1292 F...

BTW...An egg needs a temperature of 158°F to become firm. In order to cook, proteins in the egg must denature (modify), then coagulate, and that won't happen until the temperature rises enough to start and maintain the process.

Please just stick to saying the 360 RRodded or scratched up your disk next time.
