They did say that 1 billion people will have played an Xbox 360. But you are right. I guess that would mean 100 million if you say that 10 people would play each console at least once.
It wont happen, the 256mb of ram is to much of a bottle neck and they are haveing very hard times just getting split screen to work without major frame rate issues.
