Where'd the 100% failure rate come from on the 360?

So I decided to look for some actual evidence of MS, or somebody reliable saying that the 360 has a 100% failure rate. I can't find this report anywhere. Did it actually happen or are fanboys taking things out of context again?

here is a quote i found, you cantake it how ever you want.but to me sounds like what ever consoles that are in homes and stores have a HUGE chance of failing, due the design flaw."Microsoft has admitted that every one of the 11.6 million Xbox 360 consoles sold in the past 19 months suffers from a design flaw that could cause the device to fail."

Design flaw = They will all fail.

It's not a question of If they will fail.....Just a question of when they will fail.....

This is why MS needs to give us lifetime warranties on all of the purchased 360s that have this design flaw, or institute a recall.

Are there any other sites reporting this? I am getting suspicious of a site that few have heard of, I mean this is HUGE news if it's true. Shouldn't this be on the front page of GS already?

How many millions are sitting on store shelves right now that have already been manufactured with this defect is another big question. Why are these still being sold by MS? These should be recalled, I don't see how they can get away with this while already admitting that there's problems with them.
