Platinum? I'd go for Platinum+Bioware myself :DSome dev that makes good hand-to-hand combat and Bioware.
padaporra
Or, CDPR + Platinum, Bioware games are at least fun, but TW2's combat sucked (imo)
Or, id + Bioware, make an FPS that doesn't have garbage story implementation.
Spicy Horse + Platinum, redo Alice with it's lovely artstyle, 'cept with good combat and pacing instead of what ama/amr have.
Troika(reborn) + id + bioware + platinum and make vtmb again. mmm.
Bethesda and Lucasarts for a Star Wars open world RPG. KC_HokieWould have crap gameplay, be ugly, semi-poor to poor story presentation, and far too many bugs.
I'd have Nintendo and Bioware. It's not as mental as it sounds, Ninty worked with Squeenix to make Mario RPG, imagine if they worked with Bioware to make ZELDA RPG!!! Jesus I'd die. locopathoLink would have a romance option with Epona.

I would have agreed with you a few years ago but Bioware has been in steady decline with Bethesda growing as an RPG maker.

Ever since BG2 and awkward Jaheira romancing I've wanted them to cut that **** out
a lot of devs help each other out anyway, im not saying they make games together but they do consult each other, i noticed on the credits for uncharted 3 naughty dog listed gorilla games, sucker punch and bungie.

I never noticed, thats awesome.
Seeing how Naughty Dog LITERALLY works with every big name in the industry i would say:
Square and Ninty
Dice + Crytek
after building a super engine, Dice could work on the multiplayer while Crytek handles the singleplayer. Both are under the EA banner, it could happen...

I don't think they're on a decline, they improve their art, gameplay and delivery with every release ('cept da2). ME's story > ME2, but the context of ME2's story prevents it from ever being as good as ME's in the first place.

I think Bethesda is on a bumpy incline, not really steady. Morrowind > Oblivion > Fallout 3 (especially 'cause of that STUPID targeting system) < Skyrim
Bethesda is just a bit better than on-par, Improving gameplay isn't that impressive when it sucked before, still about as shallow as humanly possible and isn't very fluid, though decently responsive... But, I'd say better than TW2's combat (that just felt 100% grindy...)
Still fairly poor story presentation, queue dragon attack! Then just after you finish that, the game loses any sense of urgency or that it even matters.
Odd wild inconsistencies, like the VA for the mage you meet just after talking to the king, in the beginning, what an abysmal va.
Personally, I think they had a good direction with Skyrim, art wise, but their graphics often make it an eyesore... it really is quite ugly a lot of the time.
Plenty buggy as hell-edness, and everyone gives them a pass and excuses 'oh it's big and open and BLAH BLAH'. They (bethesda) have no care what so ever, look at the normals for the stock game for character faces, with their blocky noses... some modder fixed it within hours of release, how is it acceptable for them to miss that kind of massive, but simple, oversight? "who gives a crap about quality/polish, our modders will fix that"
Bioware and Bethesda. Combine Bethesda's ability to make a huge and detailed open world with unparrelelled freedom of choice and incredible amount of stuff to do with Biowares talent of fantastic writing and deep, interesting lore.
Just for the lulz, Retro Studios and Naughty dog. The Metroid Prime series and Uncharted series could not be more opposite so I'd wonder what would come out of such an alliance.
On a serious note, I'd like to see what the combination of my two all time favourite game creators would produce. The combination of Miyamoto and Michel Ancel would result in an explosion of creative genius!
Michel Ancel is on the far left and Miyamoto's on the far right

Pikminmaniac
I don't think I could handle the game they would make. :P
KIng Art and Rob Gilbert. King Art is wondeful adventure developer. Book of Unwritten Tales is fun, quirky, beautiful and long. The only thing they lack is superb script (theirs is only good) and most of all good english versions. Their talent with Rob Gilbert's humor would make a killer game.
Frictional and Jane Jensen. Amnesia was amazing, but their games would be so much better if they were plotted by the best storyteller in the industry.
Developers working together usually results in a clusterf***.
However, if Suda 51 and SWERY collaborated on a game, I would buy it sight unseen. Better yet, Suda 51, SWERY, and Kojima.
Dice + Infinity Ward :P

Bethesda and Lucasarts for a Star Wars open world RPG. KC_HokieOh god no, at least get someone who can write. Include Obsidian's writers or something.
