Which are most overated games on SW ?

The Witcher 2 (meh rpg)

GTA IV (dosen't deserve 10, GTA Vice City and San Andreas were far better)

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and 3 .Besides Battlefield 3 and Bad Company 2 were best mp FPS.

Halo ODST (worsest Halo)

Killzone 2 (meh FPS, Resistance series were way more enjoyable)

None of those games are overrated on SW; many of them are bashed. Yes, Killzone 2 is extremely overrated by cows, but it's not overrated by the board in general.

I'm not sure about The Witcher. It is praised to hell and back, but it might deserve it. I wouldn't know.

I'd go with Uncharted 2, COD, and Shadow of the Colossus.

I usually see these getting hated on in SW, not overrated. If you mean overrated by Critics, then that would make more sense.

MGS IV (Definitely shouldn't be a 10)

NBA 2K13 (No way this game should be a 9.0. It's easily the worse in the last 3 years. Watching your players play no defense at all in MyPlayer mode just sucks)

Street Fighter X Tekken (The fact that they left out the co-op mode on the 360 version and many characters that would normally be unlocked really sinks this game. should have gotten a lower score, at least for the 360 version. )

Demon's/Dark Souls-Good and challenging RPG's, but I fail to see what makes them the "best RPG ever".

Assassin's Creed-The series always falls short of greatness, the combat is so easy it's embarrassing. And the storyline has lost it's steam.

Ratchet and Clank is beyond tired and lacking imagination in the level design. Weapons are cool, but that hardly matters when the combat is mindless bullet spamming. To think that such a middle of the road series trumps Mario Galaxy's extremely creative design indicates poor taste. There is a reason why the Mario Galaxy games are the second and third best rated games of all time and Ratchet and Clank is largely irrelevant.

Little Big Planet is a pretty thin, average game behind the level creation tools, and some people are not blinded by level creation tools that are not as good as some of the things you do on PC. It does get credit for being a very creative game with a unique aesthetic tho.

majora's mask and any halo game after the first one.

Assassin's Creed was pretty dire IMO. It was so mind-numbingly one-note. Can't speak for the sequels tho.

Man, I think Uncharted 2 is one of the most overated games . . . . by cows (its still overated but its really a fantastic game) but an 8? Really? It was a 9 in my books and I'm a harsh critic. For Nintendo first party games, which would you be refering too? I might agree with stuff like Wario Ware or Epic Yarn but I hope you ain't trying to back door shhiihttt on SMG :P

LBP is awful. R&C had one good game this gen. Crack in Time. SMG shat on both those titles by a large portion.

The entire gears of war series obviously also.

A lot of meh games get great sequels. U1 had a good base, it was just drizzled in a lot of terrible naughty dog first game syndrome. No surprise the second game was better. Happened with Crash, happened with Jak. You wanna know a really improved sequel? Red Steel ---> Red Steel 2.

It was nearly as dramatic with Jak tho. Jak was always kind of in the same "good but not mindblowing platformer" category IMO whereas Uncharted 1 to 2 was a jump from a forgettable game with amazing graphics to a game that was top-tier.

I never actually played the first Crash, so I wouldn't know about that.

Red Steel is a great example.

Come on hater, I am totally a harsh critic. I just have this sort of quality in that I generally can enjoy games that are extremely flawed. I don't hand out 9s and 10s like half this board is willing to and I have personally only called one game perfect and that's Yoshi's Island.
