OK.... I posted once before on this website and I believe my topic got locked for some reason unknown to me. This is my second thread and I need something answered. I'm planning to buy a next-gen (I guess now it is current-gen) console and I need opinions on which one. I also need a reason backing up why I should buy that specific console. Any help would be appreciated.

I suppose you have a point. But, I've never been a person who likes to make up his own mind about descisions such as these. Maybe I should try picking for myself.

P.S Good luck to Machester United in winning the premiership.

I'd personally recommend Wii cos it's amazing fun. But some people feel differently so give all the console a try before you buy.

OK, I'll test them. I need to know some of the games to see which consoles look pretty good. About how many games have come out for the Wii and PS3? I know the 360 has more than 300 but what about the other two?

Don't try them all. www.gamespot.com - trying going there and looking at review lists. Or www.gamerankings.com . Read game descriptions. Don't listen to people saying "console A looks amazingly fun" - read game descriptions, check future release lists, make a decision based on that. Don't trust anyone in this forum. You have the information at your fingertips here - use it.

You should look into each one in detail. Do what the other guy said and look up all the reviews, then make a list of games you want, and finally see which one suits you the best. Also factor in things like price, features, Blu-Ray (do you want it?) and extra costs like Xbox Live, memory cards, points cards or whatever. The cheapest console may not actually be the cheapest when you get down to the nitty gritty.
