Which console do you play most Multiplatform games on more? Xbox360 or PS3?

I own both systems, but I realize that these 2 systems are too "the same" nowadays in terms of features and games. Basically, I'm running into the delimma of having to pick one console as my primary console for everything...while the other one collects dust until the next exclusive game I want play awakens it from its slumber. Its a pretty tough decision for me because I have a lot of friends on both PSN and XboxLive. While I really like both systems, I don't know which one I should invest into more.

I guess what I am trying to ask you guys is, if you own both consoles; What is your primary gaming system? and Which one do you use for exclusives ONLY?

I'm not rich, so I'm basically gonna have to end up using 1 for exclusives only.....I think lol. Indecisivness kills me ..ugh

360 for me.

Mostly because of better controls and multiplats looks great on it generally.

Slowly becoming the PS3 as I borrow from my friends, who use the PS3 more now.

ps3 because i have more friends on it and i can gameshare dlc to get them cheaper.

i'll only get the 360 version if it's significantly better (ie. bayonetta).

PS3 because I play online a lot and I've stopped paying for Live so it kinda hampers my ability to do so :P.

Used to be PS3, but now I play them all on 360. I even played FXIII on 360.

360 but that's because my friends who games a lot and buys the sames games as me plays on the 360. My friends who games on the PS3 doesn't really go on much and when they do they play the same games like Madden or Modern Warfare.

well depends on the situation i have multiple versions of the good games

but i buy the cheaper copy of others so therestimes ill find the 360 version 10 cheaper

but i got more wii games then ps3 games, just about the same amount of 360 games so ya,,

360 over ps3. Because of friends, better controller, and I like achievements more than trophies (Im not achievements whore but I like the popup)

I haven't touched my PS3 in little over a month. Except to remove the HDD to use in my PC for a little while

Rarely touch my 360 either tbh. Just to use skyplayer and to play Fifa World Cup

The 360 versions of multiplats are usually superior if they're not virtually identical so it's really a no brainer for me.

xbox, better online community and controller

usually the 360, the one i prefer but most of my friends have the ps3 so I use that more now and also the free online. Both are pretty much the same except for the odd exclusives

It's a bit of a split, online likely goes to the 360. Otherwise I like the PS3 box so I might get it there.

I personally like the symmetrical design of the ds3. I like the trigger design on the 360 pad, but the bumpers and face buttons are terrible, as well as the d-pad. I also dislike how the sticks lack the sensitivity found in the ds3 sticks, which makes the ds3 better for shooters to me, because you can be more precise.

It used to be 360, and with my over 100,000+ XBL Gamerscore that shows, Then I was challenged to get PSN Trophies, and after getting about 2500+ trophies, 39 Platinums, Level 18 on PSN, I think I've balanced out the force.

I'm not one of those guys that has like a tiny 500 Gamerscore and over 1000+ Trophies, nor am I one of those guys that has 45,000+ Gamerscore and a measly 60 Trophies. I'm the real deal. :P

My main purchases these days go to the PS3 simply because I have been hit with RROD 3 Times, and E74 once...why risk more problems when the multiplatform games are so identical anyways? There is no reason or incentive for me to burn out my current 360's (Yes, I have two). Heck, I hate using Netflix on it, just because I'm always worried of the future.

Multiplat exceptions like Bayonetta I got on 360, and of course Final Fantasy XIII on PS3 again a no-brainer after all the problems with the 360 version. Oh yeah, I picked up Dragon Age on PS3 again, due to the slight upgrades. If Red Dead Revolver is significantly better on 360, I will buy it for 360, if they are about the same then I'm buying it for PS3. Obviously if it's superior on PS3, I buy it on PS3 as well. At the beginning of this generation, I bought all multiplats for 360, but at the time I thought my one RROD was a fluke. I think God was telling me something after my 3rd RROD, by the time I got E74 and broke the news here to SW, I now learned my lesson.

I got to think of the future too...when I have my 360 in a closet and I'm playing Xbox 720...I don't want a 360 on the verge of death, you know?

But again, most multiplat games are virtually identical, it's not a big deal either way. My Friendslist is VAST on both my 360 and PS3 (well over 80+on both lists).

It's all about me just playing the game, but with women, friends, and work lately, I have hardly any time at all for game time. :( I didn't even bring up my PC purchases from time to time either.

Probaly mostly on 360. But I might get SSF 4 on PS3 because I have a stick for that.

I think its kinda a dumb reason to not get them on 360 just because your afraid the console is going to break. If your that paranoid, you might as well sell it.

Xbox 360 due to friends and most of them looking better too.

I usually get all multi-plats for the PS3. Controller preference.

360 cause Im da boss. JK cause my friends are all on there and Ive have 360 longer.

PS3 because free online, better controller for just about everything if not every genre. Plus I prefer trophies to achievements and I have a much better headset for my trey than 360. And many more friends with a trey.

Only exceptions are for games like bayonetta where its clearly superior on the 360 but nowadays there is almost zero difference.

360. few reasons.

1. the online has more people * i like to buy older games* . so its easyer to find people playing a match online on the 360. also all 360 games have achievments where ps3 games only started trophieson all game in 09

2. more likely to find the games cheaper.

3. and this is the main reason, my 360 is covered for 3 years. and the ps3 is only covered for 1 year. i had a ton of multi plats for ps3 before my 60 gig died. but i sold almost all of them and thought about never buying a ps3 again. but with 2 1080 p tvs and i the fact i like games i thought i myswell and buy a slim instead of a stand alone blu ray player for 150-200 bucks. i just wont buy many games on ps3. most of them are very good rentals anyways.
