which console has the best hardware

I am not talking about graphics and processing power. I am talking about which coneole has the best hardware in terms of a low failure rat, duriability, and the ability to use it for many years.

Sure the Wii hardware is reliable, it's a generation out of date and old tech tends to be more refined. Yes, the Wiimore is cool, but its not new tech. The Wiimote is a novel application of tech, but not new.

it sucks that the 360 had the RROD problem, but that doesn't negate its games. I personally prefer the ps3 over the 360, but it has nothing to do with RROD. Up to this point I have played my 360 the most, though.

My 360 is a piece of crap. Ruined 3 of my games, constant DREs, crashing, loud, disc tray doesn't always close...

And I just know it's not got much time left in it.

What good is the hardware without performance as it relates to games? Reliability is not the only factor. The TC asked which hardware is best, not most reliable. The 360 can run better games then the Wii. The hardware and the games are in bed together.

We all know why the 360 is in last place. With the other two, it was sort of a toss up.

I say the PS3 because it has good hardware and is a reliable console versus the 370 which has good unreliable hardware and the wii which has weak reliable hardware.rmerri52

I'd say ps3 because not only does it have 900$ hardware inside it but it has a ten year life cycle so it must have relibly hardware other wise it won't last that long. The wii also has god hardware but it is kind of cheap. PrinceofSarcasm
