I like the PS3's the best, The Wii's is pretty good 2 but I really don't like the 360's.

Owning a PSP and having tinkered with both the 360 Blade interface and the Wii "Channels" I can say with a fair degree of certainty that the PS3 interface is better.

I haven't really seen the PS3's, so between 360 and Wii, I say Wii.
