You know now that I think about it. What do people get if they own the "winning" console? What happens? Do they get showered with random stuff and a parade in their honor? Like seriously the fact that everyone's arguing over petty things in each console is ridiculous. They're different we get it, if they were the same, what would be the point in releasing both of them? I enjoy games on one system, someone else enjoys games on another. What is there to argue about? Games? Hardware? Christ people are losing limbs over a small gaming box like thing when in 20 years they're going to think back at how childish they were about it.
Funny. I was thinking that I win, since I am playing some of the best games I have ever played on three amazing systems, not to mention the handheld experiences this generation.
with the wii winning, all developers will be able to take a more risky and expermental approach.
so only those gamers that only like to play shooters and sports games lose. with out the wii indi games like de blob and blast works would never have been any thing more then a small free game on the pc.
