Which FF has what it takes?

With three new FF games on the way...

FF Vs XIII (PS3)

FF XIII-2 (PS3 and 360)

FF Type-O (PSP)

...Which one do you think has what it takes to amaze you and become a game that will be remembered? Personally I think FF Vs XIII is shaping up to be quite nice, especially with the new info I read on some other guys thread :P. The other two have potential, but I don't own a PSP (PSP2 please play PSP games) and I have not played XIII (heard bad stuff). I have hope for them all, but I guess we will see.

Won't be able to play Type-O, but I'm really looking forward to both 13 & VS13.

To people who say XIII-2, why is that? Do you have faith it will be better than XIII, or did you love XIII anyway and just want more? I want to play XIII, but I am scared to buy it at 29.99 for all the bad things I hear about it. I wonder if it would be as good as FF X to me.

Versus 13 because it has that exclusive polish that's all the rage these days,

I'm looking forward to Versus XIII the most.

Yet Type-0 also interestes me. It has 14 playable characters in battle at the same time. It has a huge open world and it puts magic before weapons.

I have a little hope for FF Type 0

there is no gameplay of FFXIII-2 to call it doom already :o

Final Fantasy XIII-2 because everyones expectation is already lowered from FF13, so if they actually do take the critique from the first game, fix a couple of things, and give it a decent story, I think it would surprise people more.

Yeah I have liked all I have seen and heard. It might be this gens star JRPG. I sure hope so.

I'm honestly not expecting a lot out of any of them except for vs XIII. I hope it will be good and from what I've heardof it it seems like it should be a fun game to play.

Vs has the higher chance.

XIII-2 will probably be as bad as the original and Type-0 could be interesting but it has too many playable characters and I really hate that.

I enjoyed FF13 despite the hate, so ima go with FFXIII2

X was crap, and no, it isn't. It's a Kingdom Hearts rehash with Dirge of Cerberus and Dynasty Warriors mechanics, obviously an abomination to Final Fantasy, it does not even have actual fantasy to begin with.

Versus 13: I'm a KH fanboy so this is at the top of my list

13-2: I'm scarred from 10-2 so not much hope for this one from me. It could be good though since 13 was OK.

Type-0: Don't have a PSP but it looks nice.

I'm going to be optimistic (rare for me) and hope that they're all going to be great.

I honestly don't understand all the backlash towards FF XIII -- sure it was pretty linear, but it was a decent game, well worth a used purchase, in my opinion. I mean it doesn't hold too many candles against FF X, for example, but it wasn't an AWFUL game.

There hasn't been a good Final Fantasy game since Enix has been with Square, and X was the best in my opinion.

XII and XIII were disappointments for me. :(

I don't really have high hopes.

Despite the fact that I didnt really enjoy XIII, Id still rather play XIII-2 than the others. That's not saying much though as I really have little faith in any of the games.
