Which franchise has the best music? (Poll)

So I'm in an argument with my friend, and we're debating which of the three series has better music.

To compare the 3 games:

Zelda Series: Classic songs were especially brought up in Ocarina of Time, and nearly every Zelda game has had its own set of music along with the classic songs like the menu song for example. Every Temple (usually 8 in the game) has its own music, as well as every area in the map. (ex. Hyrule Field, Gerudo Valley, Zora Domain, Death Mountian)

Gears of War's music was so epic. A simple way of describing the pieces was that it was kinda like a really, really intense action movie. It sounded like it came right out of Lord of the Rings. Music was played according to whether you were in battle, or simply walking through the ruined city.

As for Halo, which is one of the biggest series of all time, the music is a strange mix between church-like songs and intense music for the huge battles fought. The menu music in Halo has always been great, especially Halo 3's. Halo 2 had a huge evolution for the series since the simple, yet engrossing Halo 1. Halo's main theme has been in the series since day 1, and has always been loved. Here are some examples:

Anyways, LoZ for me, though the otehrs are great too.

What the...TC, you're limited experience with gaming music made for a bad thread.

ROCKBAND owns all those choices, and if you go CLASSICAL, obviously Final Fantasy takes the top spot..or Metal Gear.

You did list some good games, but NOT GREAT ONES. Time to branch off and actually listen to the competition before making more threads like these, imo.

It's like when I was invited to a friend of a friends house (This guy Manuel's, true story) and he posed to my 4 other friends that he had a problem, he had WAY TOO MANY Girls at the party, and needed guys like us to show up. We wanted to help a a dude out, so we drove 45 minutes to his house, and it was a sausage festival. Clearly misleading. He did have some food and drinks going on though.

Ok, I was a little aggressive. I just am a little annoyed that everyone is calling this thread stupid even though the title makes sense... Which Franchise Has the Best Music. I never said Which Franchise of All-Time has the Best Music.

And.... thats the reason I got mad. Don't diss me if you didnt even read my actual post. Did you read the WHOLE thing? I in fact HAVE played Final Fantasy. I have played Metal gear, and I own both Rock Band and Rock Band 2. And I do not have inexperience with music games because Music is my favorite part of a game. So yes, I understand how big of a fan you are of Final Fantasy, but that wasnt included at all in my topic. And rock band is a liscenced music game, and they arent original pieces.
