Which game looks better in your opinion? Resident Evil 5 or Killzone 2? poll 56k

Hey guys, just wanted to know your opinions. So which one do you like better? For me, I think both games look great so I'm undecided.

Im a lemming and I can tell you KZ2 looks better.

But graphics arent everything........cows knew that in the PS2 era.........but suddenly they care about graphics now. Interesting.

Diminishing returns.

RE5, Gears 2, Killzone 2, etc. The differences between any of them is so marginal that it's damn near impossible to tell which looks better than the other.

I haven't played KZ2 yet.

I'm playing RE5 now and I suggest that people don't judge the game when they have only played the demo.

I haven't played either, (really want both...) but I just think that its impressive that a multiplatform game is even bringing reasonable debates on Killzone's graphics. I guess the "super-dooper grafix lol" the PS3 has over the 360 once again narrows. I still believe that this gen, the 360 and PS3 will remain close in graphics, we'll see if I'm right.

Is it just me, or does RE5 have less "fluff"? It has less blur, less bloom effects, basically less "filters" or something (really not one for the technical terms). RE5 just has great textures and models, and it puts that out as is. Killzone 2 looks all gooey and hazy and blurry, in a good way if that makes sense. It just makes it hard to compare the two, and it really comes down to if you personally like all the "filters" that Killzone uses. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong btw, this is all from gameplay videos.

evidently you couldn't simply leave your comment as solely a compliment to a ps3 game...

You know KZ2 is graphics king when kids flat out lie about "fillers" and stuff. Everyone that actually played KZ2 knows it has the best textures in a console game.. The extra stuff just makes it look better lol. And please dont waste my time posting stupid pics. Im playing and will beat KZ2 on elite soon i know what the game is about. RE5 is equal with Uncharted graphics wise imo.

Killzone 2 kills RE5. I used to think KZ2 looked down right hideous. The more I play it the more wow I get just from looking at the game. Not only that but the game play is some of the best for a shooter I have played. Keep dreaming though......that the 360 might come up with a game that looks close to KZ2. The 360 will never be able to come up with a game that looks as good as KZ2 let alone the gameplay. Guerrilla mastered the game play with this game. I have played the RE 5 demo on both consoles.

I can't choose, both look great

but if i had to I would give the edge to RE5 because of its art direction

My vote goes to RE5 since the FPS fad this gen is making me puke right now

I don't know about the rest of you, but my main system each generation is never made by the same company. I first started with an N64, then went on to the PS2, and now my main console is the X360. I'm even going to be switching to mostly PC gaming soon. So just remember when you say something like "the cows shouldn't care about graphics after last gen" that maybe the current cows were not cows last gen. Same goes for lemmings, sheeps, and hermits.
