Depends...are you a pretty big FPS fan or do you prefer games like Uncharted? I voted Uncharted 3 though because I love the series and the MP beta was really fun, but that's just me. I do think though that Uncharted 3 will probably be the overall better game because it will have a better story and graphics and I enjoy Uncharted 2 MP alot more than COD.
But again just ask yourself if you enjoy the FPS genre or the TPS platform/puzzel treasure hunting genre. Just get the one you think you will have the most fun with.
Here is another suggestion for you... how about you go out and get Uncharted games and give them a try and then go and try out the Battlefield games and then decide which one you would like better.
But owning a PS3 without Uncharted is kinda like having a 360 without Halo, if you know what I mean.
Battlefield 3 pre-order gives you a lot of extra maps (I believe 4), Uncharted 3 gives you 1 booster. I'd say that the Battelfield 3 pre-order is much more worth it. This is of course assuming that you end up getting both, if this is a question of "what should I get?" then I'd say both since they're amazing games, if not then choose the one you'd have more fun with or the one that your friends are also going to get. Lots of factors go into that sort of question that only you can decide on.
