Which (great) Holiday Games will get ignored this year?

Theres tons of games comin out on this fall/winter. Inevitably some will get ignored or brushed aside purely due to all the competition.

My votes are:

Prince Of Persia.. Will sell pretty well, but largely ignored here because its a multiplat and nobody can really brag about MP's. This game looks great,, where's the hype?

FarCry 2... also because its a MP. Looks really good, but too much competition will likely leave it ignored. Don't think it will too well either

On the opposite spectrum, I think COD5 will sell great purely because of COD4's greatness, whether or not the new one is any good.

form a sales standpoint Banjo kazooie" nuts and bolts will probably be ignored seeing as it's being released right besides Gears 2.Shinobishyguy

It'll be overtaken by Gears for Lems, but I assure you this will be a monster on the PC. No doubt about it.

I agree with Prince of Persia, I hope they make it more platform oriented like the first one though. Same with Project Origin.

Actually all I here on chat on XBL is Left 4 Dead. No doubt, Gears 2 will be bigger, but I wouldn't say it be completely ignored.

I'll be getting Resistance 2 instead.

Left 4 Dead will on the 360. Probably the best thing to hit the console since the Orange Box and hardly anyone will buy it let alone know it exists. It is going to crap all over Gears 2 and make it beg for it's bahbah... but no one will notice...foxhound_fox

Tho I shall be playing it on both PC and 360. My buds certianly will get it on the 360, like they did with OB. It sad that not more people take part of this wonderful thing. Tho, I have had a bit of buzz on voice about wanting this.

You can't really compared Resistance 2 and Socom. There are two different games, ones is a futuristic FPS with unique weapons, and the other is a third person tactical shooter with realistic weapons.ArisShadows

That be like trying to compared Mario Kart with Forza 2 or something. Its may share some things, but Socom plays very very different than Socom. Its not run and gun, thats for sure.

SHooters sell millions on the 360 and I could see Left 4 Dead and Gears of War 2 both selling millions on the 360....

Sure L4D won't put up Gears numbers

and sure OB didn't put up Halo numbers, but they were/will be million sellers. How is that ignored?

I honestly think more nonshooters will have tough luck this year....

Although yes I picked Project Origin for my commercial flop.

left 4 dead wont sell its too online based, the orange box sold not because of TF2 and its 5 maps but because of portal and half life
