Where just talking about all around. Please dont say well duhhhh Resistance 2 they much more relistic. Just really which one would you rather look at.

So which has better visuals? SF IV, I think. But they're not easily comparable.

Really? 2 Characters active on screen can be compared to dozens? :|

I don't like R2, and I had SFIV CE pre-ordered and put a lot of hours in already, but you can't compare at all.

SFIV looks much better; however, Resistance 2 is a pretty game--it's just not consistently good in the graphics dept.

I think what he means is what art style would you wather play, a hand drawn style (SF4) or realistic (Resistance 2) I prefer a hand drawn cell shaded style

IMO these two games shouldn't even be compared graphics-wise. Sure, SF4 might look better, but R2 has A LOT more things going on screen. Physics, etc. I think you should compare SF4 to another 2D game, like Braid.

Better as in better technical goes to Resistance 2.

However the different artstyles will appeal to different people. Personally I love the look of Street Fighter 4.

I voted for Resistence 2 because I tend to favor realitic graphics over artistic graphics. I don't hate on artistic graphics, but if I haev to choose I prefer realistic. I was actually very against TF2's move to a more cartoony styyle of visuals until I actually played it and appreciated it.
