So there still using the same game engines right? No attempt to rebuild it based on anything to make it look 2 times better? Maybe at least make it look just as good as Crysis 1 by now?
These little visual updates mean almost nothing.
kz3 has colors? MFDOOM1983If the latest trailer is anything to go by, then yes.

Looks noticeably less monochromatic than KZ2.

If the latest trailer is anything to go by, then yes. green lights:shock: And there's the fact that the natural colors of people, clothing, and objects aren't completely overpowered by the hued lighting like they were in KZ2. So all that "Grayzone" BS can go rot in a ditch somewhere.[QUOTE="nervmeister"][QUOTE="MFDOOM1983"]kz3 has colors? MFDOOM1983

Lol. Hey c'mon, Guerilla Games are really pushing the boat out when it comes to them trying to intricately juxtapose a blend of colors without ruining their iconic synthetic, fake gritty artstyle. :P

As your sig shows, color is not the primary determinant of how artistic something is....green lights:shock:[QUOTE="MFDOOM1983"]

Actually, it looks far less synthetic than that weird tanning booth lamp effect Call of Pripyat uses........Yeah. I went there. :P[QUOTE="nervmeister"]

There will never be a current gen console game that reaches anywhere near the graphical level of Crysis or many other PC games.
This is because consoles use fixed hardware and their biggest weakness is low RAM, VRAM and memory bandwidth+speed.

The fact that Gears 2 's UE3 lacked so much tech that modern gaming tech is becomed accustomed to for years, Gears 3 finally adding those tech features makes it a substantial improvement over Gears 2, but KZ3's graphical engine still trounces UE3.5 on consoles, espicially with KZ3 adding MLAA, Global illumination, etc^^topic^^

It was a great game though. Then Japanese developers look over and go "oh, games with a good story are bad". Then we get game like Quantum Theory that gate a 2.5/10.

That is fact, its not disputable. Im not really understanding the point of your post. If it was directed towards the latter half then perhaps you may attempt answering the question instead of responding with something irrelevant.[QUOTE="ferret-gamer"][QUOTE="justsayin117"] The fact that Gears 2 's UE3 lacked so much tech that modern gaming tech is becomed accustomed to for years, Gears 3 finally adding those tech features makes it a substantial improvement over Gears 2, but KZ3's graphical engine still trounces UE3.5 on consoles, espicially with KZ3 adding MLAA, Global illumination, etciMojo786_PSN
