Which is better, PS2 vs Wii?

IGN a while back compared the two saying that they both served as casual consoles this generation, and even suggested that they were competing with eachother.

Though it's not so much the case anymore, saleswise, the PS2 was up on top with the Wii, beating both the 360 and PS3.

Which is the better console and why?

one person voted for wii wow, the ps2 had an insane library and had like 7-8 years of games, wii has only had 2 years, so it's little unfair to start comparing yet. I think the ps2 will be better than wii no matter what happens.Mckenna1845
