Which is the worst console of this generation?

No, the PS3 uses way more energy than the 360. The N64 beating the Wii for now is arguable but the Game Cube beating the Wii is an outrageous (and untrue) statement.

Now before anyone accuses me of being a graphics whore, that is not the case. What I mean by outdated tech is simple, the more powerful the hardware the more complex a game can be. Try Forza 3 on the Wii for example, it won't work because the CPU is too slow to calculate the physics.

Why?

• It brings nothing new to the table except...
• 54.2% failure rate...
• And a better online experience, but to ruin the benefits of that they charge you for it
• It has inferior hardware to the PC and PS3 and in terms of innovation is inferior to the Wii. If I pick a console because it's an HD console, I want it to have the best HD possible, or I might as well go with the innovative console with lower tech
• It has the lowest number of AAA (going by Metacritic, not Gamespot, since it's wholly a more reliable source since it aggregates opinions of many critics) exclusives, only 4 to the Wii and PS3's 5 each
• It's a downgraded PC clone that doesn't even make an attempt to compensate for it's lower tech
• The majority of its good games are shared with the PC, which has better controls and smoother graphics
• Every single top rated exclusive is a shooter, it has no focus on any other genres

The evidence against it is great, while the only arguments against the PS3 are completely irrelevant and the only one against Wii is that it has the worst graphics. The Wii does have the worst graphics but it's also the most innovative of the generation. The whole kiddy argument is horrible considering anyone with a brain could do enough research to realize that it has more mature AAA exclusives than the 360 does. Kiddy or not games like Super Mario Galaxy are considered superior to games like Halo 3 and Gears of War by the average critic.

I will not accuse of being a graphics whore. I will accuse you of being misinformed. Do just a little research and you'll notice it has the most high rated exclusives of any console this gen. Arguing that the PS3 or PC is superior is justified, it all comes down to opinion. However if you take bias out of the equation there is absolutely no way you can possibly say the 360 is better than the Wii. At this time I'd like to remind you I play games on PC, I have a Wii, I just got my friend's old 360, and I'm getting a PS3 this Christmas. I have no reason to favor the Wii, much less the PS3 since I don't even have one yet.DeeDeeDee-er

You might be able to argue that the Wii is beating the PS3 in exclusive libraries, even though the Wii is about to loose 1 AAAE with the port of No more heroes, but it certainly isnt beating the 360 in exclusive libraries, and is far behind both when comparing full libraries.

whether or not i like the games or not ,

the wii is my favorite with ps3 360 tying 2nd

dsi/dsl /dsphat /dsixl is awsome and is portable psp 3000-1000 are great but the psp go is just a waste of money and time , becaus 1 the origial-3000 models can download gams and play on umd while the go only can download them

so ya and is more expensive then even a wii

I used Forza 3 as an example, I easily could of used GT5:P or GTR for my example.

As for the quality games part, I was an careless and forgot to mention I was speaking of 3rd party games only. Sure the Wii has plenty of AAA games made by Nintendo but it lacks AAA 3rd party games. It has PGA Tour 10, Rock Band, Resident Evil 4 (remake), Okami, No More Heroes. Impressive? I think not.

Besides, there is no way to determine which console is the worst in an objective way. When I say the Wii is the worst its clearly because it doesn't appeal to me. And I don't believe that you are unbiased, you may think you are but that isn't likely. Just take a look at the dump you took on the 360. Owning all consoles or not owning a console /= unbiased.

If you're only going to buy one console, then wii is probably the worst choice. But I have a wii and a ps3 and love and play them both

Wii, the most I played a game on one was for 5 hours and that was Mario Kart Wii. Even though its good for casual, hardcore isn't great.

I have my reasons...best online sure, but lack of games yes lack of games....all it has is shooters and RPGs for real. It cant compare to the heavyweights on PS3 and Wii.

It's the one that doesn't exist to me in the gaming world since it does not carry a single game that interests me. I forget what its called, but it's the one for kids and adults who think that it will help them lose weight

It's impossible to call one the worst... It's just what you find appealing.

The PS3 is the least appealing console to me. It has pretty much noting i'd ever want to play.
