Die Hard. Would be pretty cool to work your way through a tower full of evil mercenaries.
Aliens (give us the Colonial Marines we deserve!). Would be perfect, though doubtful because the Aliens IP is too precious to hand out to a B-tier developer (I don't mean B-tier to be critical, just saying Teyon is "bargain bin" quality)
They Live. You don't have to be one of the main characters of the film, maybe someone that's likewise just figured out what is going on and you get to go on a Postal-style rampage except it's justified because they're monsters.
Escape from New York: any Snake Pliskin-themed game would work, really, it doesn't have to be New York specifically. Just the general setting.
The Running Man. You wouldn't need to be Arnold's character, you could be just any ol' contestant. Would be great, could fight your way through trash mobs then face down various bosses. Showgunner did this really well.
Invasion USA: play a one-man army fighting off an invasion, Chuck Norris style.

I'll go with Escape From New York.
Haha my man, beat me to it!
*Speaking off, did you ever play Far Cry Blood Dragon? It's about as close as we can get to a game like that. A bit more cyberpunk/sci-fi than dystopia but it scratches that same itch of corny 80's action.
