Which Next Gen console do you predict will have the most POWER?

Considering the PS4 and Xbone are more gimped PCs than consoles, PS5 and X4 may not be even `consoles` as we know them. I gotta say NX because I`m guessing its probably going to be the last true gaming console. ( Even though no one knows that the NX is yet)

But really.........I think Xbox, if they even get involved next gen, will go over board in order to NOT receive the lower power press they got this gen. They can afford it and may roll those dice, but maybe they will fold up and say PC/Windows is their platform

Microsoft would likely overcompensate for what happened this generation and create something roughly twice as powerful as Sony if not more.

PS5 with focus on driving HMD/Morpheus. 4K with stable 120 FPS but only UC4 graphics.
Flagship PS5 exclusives that showcase graphics and presentation might be 4K and 30fps.

Next XB might finally deliver Milo with the Cloud and Kinect 3.0 and maybe a MineCraft exclusive that won't really require much power.

LMAO, every once in awhile I see someone post this and I just laugh. If the PS4 was a failure I might agree, but this obviously isn't the case and as long as Playstation consoles still sell well Sony will keep releasing them, end of story.

I was replying to the post above mine that was edited to include more than what was "There wont be another Xbox", So I was giving a crap post to a crap post. Of course Sony will keep releasing consoles, and I love them for it, they make great systems which have great games, it would suck if there was less choice in my favorite passion in this life.

MS is going full cloud full OS and ditching hardware. Sorry if this is a bitter pill to swallow, but the next Xbox will be a PC digital distribution service with a 6% market share.

hell yes please, I love digital, Steam is my most proffered gaming service and it does everything so so well. With HDD's the size they are now, there's no reason to have disks, its an old outdated storage medium. Hopefully when the next systems come out, the tech will be there to fully stream without the need for hardware, I mean Sony is beta testing it with PsNow already.

There will be ps5 and next xbox. Probably around 2020.I believe they will be identical in multiplatform.

They really aren't PC's... just because they went with a x86 CPU really doesn't mean much. It was probably just because arm isn't quite powerful enough yet and... do powerpc's still get designed at all?

If MS still makes a console then probably the Xbox4. If not, it will be the PS5.

Should be simple. What is likely possible in around 2018-2019 for consoles that will likely retail for $399.99 with Sony/Microsoft not wanting to take a big loss on each console sold.

Also, they will most likely want to keep the next gen consoles TDP at around 150 watts max.

Next gen systems are so far off I could care less at this point. Nintendo is the only one coming out with a system anytime soon and if it can't compete with PS4 then it will be irrelevant. We won't see a PS5 or new Xbox for 8 years at least. This current gen isn't even close to reaching it's prime.

2019 at the very latest. Trust me, we'll start hearing about them in 2018.

Honestly, I'm having a hard time giving a shit about the xbox one and Ps4 as it is. I hate what consoles have become, Wii U is the best and even that is nothing compared to what we had 6th generation.

I'm a Playstation guy, but I think MS's next gen console will be quite beefy to make up for Mattrick's epic **** up.

Not gonna be beefy unless Microsoft is willing to lose more money per unit than Sony. I don't see that happening, if anything both consoles will be basically identical in power.

They should cost about the same so the hardware will be similar.So the graphics might be identical.

Next gen when NX, PS5, and Xbox Two release. Samsung is coming to finish off its prey. I hear they want a movie studio also.

The Next Xbox and PS will mostly be the same. MS won't risk anything different or unique since PS4 proved people don't want that.

It'll just be another .5 upgrade to this gen, like this gen is to last gen.
