As long as you don't buy the 80 gig version which no longer has the emotion engine in it. I'm sure it will still play most? Hell even the PS2 didn't play all the PS1 games, it was just propaganda.

Both have great line up this year, Im a cow so I'll go with PS3. :)

But to be honest, I think the waiting game will be forX360 in 2008, so I think you will be dissapointed in 2008, 2007 PS3's exclusive line up is more than X360 for the holidys, if you want great shooter, it will have 2, HAZE and UT3 plus alot of great FPS multiplats, if you want Action/adevnture which 360 doeasn't have yet, it is uncharted, and you have advantage because most of 360's great games will be ported to PC, some will be late a little bit and some will be released in the same day with 360 ( Bioshock).

And if you have enough money, it is PS360, the best thing to do this gen.

I don't own a PS3 nor a 360, I've been playing my whole life. I kinda like the pcWii combo better, but judging by the line up of games (which is all that matters) and by that I mean games that are out RIGHT NOW. I would buy a 360 without thinking it twice.

Nope, my PC matches PS3 and 360. My Wii matches the PS2. (and I still love it)

Even though I am trading in my PS3 monday night when I can get a drive to the EB games.

I wont tell you the whole thing is junk.

You know if you got the money for one or the other...I recomend buying a 360......First.

There are over a hundred demos to download and try.

If you dont like what you see or how it feels, then take it back. Anyone will refund you in a short period of time.

Then buy a PS3...maybe some bargin bin games used, there have been a lot of flops and are some good deals on used out there.....or try and rent

Keeep in mind a flop to me or someone else might not be a flop to you.

Try the PS3 out, if you manage to like it then keep it. If not do the same thing and return it.

As a long time Sony fan I am not happy with the newest installment of their console I find myself plugging in the good ole PS2 more then anything, I find the PS3 doesnt feel the same......maybe the lack of rumble...I dont know

Oh and @ eurobacca...MGS4 really does look bad, but give it some credit it doesnt look that bad....its atleast PS1 quality

I was referring to the AI skill and the way gameplay just looked.

The graphics are alright....

No matter how you slice it BLIND FAN BOY the game looked bad.

You can be one who will say ah well its just a demo and they always put weak AI in a demo.

I never seen a demonstration like that look that bad.

To me it really looked like the local retard hospital got out for a day at the shooting range.

Go with the 360 for games with longevity.

Go with PS3 if you like rushing through games with no replay value.

Multiplayer even though you have to pay on 360 kills the PS3.

Howveer if you are a bundle consumer and want that blu-ray movie feature then get the PS3.

Its the only selling point I can really think of.
