Demons Souls (Dark Souls is 10x better and longer game though)
Folklore
Ni no Kuni (not exclusive though, also on DS, but has an exclusive DLC pack)
.
One thing is for sure, PS3 exclusives are a joke in general, except extremely few that are also not 1st party titles or not real exclusives like Ni no Kuni

How come Halo 4, Gears, and Witcher 2(360) can't be considered linear garbage?Metal Gear Solid 4 all the way. Also Heavy Rain. And I am really looking forward to the Last of Us, despite hating all the Uncharted games except 2 which gave me a good time

I definatly consider GEars linear garbage in gameplay, never said otherwise
Lems "hate" Heavy Rain because of it's gameplay, yet they absolutely loved The Walking Dead Episode 2 DLC! You know why? Because they got the DLC a bit earlier than PS3 users. But they don't realize those games play exactly the same only Heavy Rain does it 100x better.

I dont see how a garbage game in gameplay is better then another garbage game in gameplay
Both are garbage
I have not been playing deep, complex and long games for so many years to end up playing a game with quick time events or linear shallow shooting

They're linear :)Can't decide between Demon's Souls,and Heavy Rain...
I enjoyed Demon's Souls for the challenge it offered,it was a tough, but fair game, very rarely becoming a cheap and frustrating experience.Such things are rather rare in games today. You just needed to learn, and to adapt.I also enjoyed the game's world, lots of interesting locales, and the storytelling, there is very little "real" story, but if you observe carefully, you can learn a lot about the world's background.A very memorable experience, now,I'm looking forward to Dark Souls on the PC...
Heavy Rain, another memorable experience. It was an unique game, had great characters, one of the few games that ever made me really care about them.Story was also interesting and easy to follow, and I loved the overall design.Makes me wish I still had a PS3,to play Two Souls when it comes out.But still, hard to justify paying for another PS3 just because of a single game...

Likes complex and long games, also likes Fable, hmmm :P Anyway, Yakuza 3, by far the best out of the bunch.[QUOTE="loosingENDS"][QUOTE="Davekeeh"]

The changing world is amazing too, i wont even go to the fact that is a RPG with a millions thing to explore, see, do and NPCs to interact with
That is a bit more compelx than shooting enemies that fall from the sky in a linear coriddor, isnt it ?
I have more than 200 hours in Fable 2-3 and less than 15 hours in Uncharted 1-2
.
In Fable you can
- buy homes
- affect the economy
- get various jobs
- marry
- have kids
- own a citiy
- become king or mayor
- have a treasury
- affect the world, by completly changing its look and areas
- explore for 1000+1 secrets
- gather weapons, armor, items, potions, collectibles
- play mini games
- talk to NPCs
- have NPC followers
- boast about your deeds in the public
- affect trading routes
- kill various enemies using magic, sword or bow
- dig for treasure
- solve real puzzles
- discover new optional areas
- grow the hero in different ways
- follow a good or evil path
- explore a huge open world, some areas are as big as all Unchartd 1-2-3 areas put together
- rent homes
- own shops
- furniture homes
- kill boss monsters
- do unique side quests
- do the main story quests
etc etc
.
In Uncharted you can
- shoot enemies in a linear coriddor
.
What is more complex ?

It is not complex in the slightest, the changing world is just a script at the end of certain quests which change the style of an area or add in a house or so. The combat is basic to the point of pretty much pressing a button with no rhythm and it being near impossible to die. I played the first one at least over 5 times, doesn't make it complex, they are very simple games and are even heralded as so by their maker. The NPC interactions sum up to you using an emote and them loving you within 5 minutes, even then it's useless since by the end of the game they all love you anyway. The morality system is also utterly basic since the main story barely lets you choose sides, you pretty much have to be good apart from being thrown a few evil bones here and there. The economy is broken in all the games and within the first few hours of starting each game you can have gold flowing in that will last you the while game and not require you to do any of the very simple jobs. Care to somehow attempt to prove me wrong? I have played all these games too you know.Demon's Souls and no other ps3 exclusives come even close. Because its everything an rpg should be.silversix_I love Demon's Souls, but it is missing a few thing for it to be considered "everything an RPG should be" like story and character development for starters.

Adding story and character developement increase linearity. Honestly most stories in even the most non-linear RPGs bother me, like in Skyrim... I prefer games that have so many options and variables to not have story or anything that will narrow your paths.
