The best one (PC).
Also, just so I don't sound arrogant. I buy all multiplats on my PC and all exclusives for my 360.
Seeing how it is probably one of the best online shooters ever. Which console are you going to buy it on. I personally bought a ps3 for the sole reason that I don't need to upgrade m pc to play it via kb/m, and free mods.numba1234
PS3 considering thats all i have right now.
[QUOTE="Peter_Darkstar"]The best one (PC). numba1234It is going to be the same on ps3, except for resoloution. Which will cost you significant amount of money (2000+) to play it significantly better.
Theres quite a bit of difference such as faster game speed and adjusted hitboxes for the PC(confirmed by Epic) but these differences would probably only effect the more hardcore players.

It wont be the same, there will be more graphical features to turn on in the PC version, as well as guaranteed no fps drops and I can use my KB/M. Either way i dont' have a PS3 and my options are limited to my PC and 360...so I think the choice is pretty much obvious :P

I was going to upgrade my pc, for this sole reason. I was thinking of buying a ps3, but after the amazon deal, and the price cut I immediatly bought it for this sole reason.[QUOTE="Peter_Darkstar"]The best one (PC). numba1234It is going to be the same on ps3, except for resoloution. All I need is a $400 upgrade (cheaper than buying a new PS3) to max this baby out with silky-smooth frames.
360, because I like console shooters and perfer an even level playing field with others using the controller.
Oh yeah, it's alot more fun playing without the second thought of hackers.

Hackers really aren't that big of a problem, espeically considering on the PC version you typically play with friends on protected servers.

Please dont be a tool .
PC ofcourse, Dx10 , Mouse / Keyboard , mass load of content (lets face it whos going to bother making PS3 - compatible stuff) , new game modes.
Dedicated servers/clans.

Hackers are a big problem actually, UT04 is filled with em and yes I can differentiate between good players and hackers. Its been a while since I last played but Im pretty sure that the UT04 community is dead by now if not then maybe I should reinstall....[QUOTE="Douja555"]360, because I like console shooters and perfer an even level playing field with others using the controller.

True, there are some PC servers that run a tight shift.
I really do feel for the PS3 users though, its gonna be a hack fest.

Same. UT should have stayed PC exclusive.

Nah, Epic should share the fun but with this quote on mind "If it aint for the PC, it aint UT."
I don't know this thread makes hermits sound fanboyish, but really UT3 is going to work the best on the PC that is the simple truth. It is awesome that the PS3 has m/kb support because if you buy it for the PS3 and use your controller than prepare to lose to those who onw the m/kb. As for the 360 well it will be similar to halo or gears with the analog aiming...
I understand most poeple including me are not rich and don't have all the systems + a PC but this game is made or at least use to be made for the PC and worked perfectly. And if their is ever a huge UT3 tournament (like there usually is) expect it to be playing on PCs.
However its awesome that Epic is spreading the wealth and letting everyone get a piece of this game, just as long as its the best it can be still on the PC and not hindered by being on the consoles.
I'm gussing my 2 year old AMD 64 X2 4800+ 4GB RAM along with my old X1900XTX will run it somewhat the same as X360.
And if not, I'm planning on upgrading my PC once the 1GB X2900XTX comes out along with quad core AMD.
