I don't like the systems, I like the games. A console is only as good as the games on it. You can't like a console, you can like the games on a console.

I agree completely
The only reason I like the Ps2 more is because of the games on the system. If it didn't have the games, I'd like another system.
I take the Dreamcast easily over the Game Cube. Even with it's short life-span, it equaled it in terms of AA-AAA games.
Gamecube was my favorite because of Wind waker, Mario sunshine, melee and Soul calibur II.
PS2 second mainly because of two games: Shadow of the colossuss and God of War
Xbox is last, Halo couldn't save it for me, I like the 360 way better than the original.
I preferred the xbox, mainly due to KotOR 1+2, Fable, quantum redshift (me and my friends really liked this game although it got trash reviews), mortal kombat: DA, conflict desert storm, halo: CE multiplayer (not online obviously) and magic the gathering battlegrounds.
My friends and I would also play monkeyball and NHL Blitz for the GC but overall the xbox got more play time.
Mainly consoles are just something for friends and me to play when they come round to chill out, i do most gaming on the PC. The exception are games like KotOR, fable and RE4 which i recently got for the Wii.
Out of those three, probably the Gamecube because it had some of my favorite games of last gen (Pikmin, Battalion Wars, Metroid Prime, just to list a few), but they all had a pretty impressive lineup of games.
I enjoyed them all equally for these reasons (my favourite games in no particular order, not my entire collection from each):
Cube
PS2
XBOX
