Which system has a better chance at having great 3rd party support?

I think Ninentdo has more 3rd party support, but alot of it isn't very good IMO. But I remember that some devs have talked about Wii U like Skyrim developer said that Skyrim might be possible on Wii U. But again it's not by a landslide and Sony definately has great 3rd party and 1st party support. IMO Sony and Nintendo are the top companies in the industry in terms of quality and variety

Vita, because it's a handheld, which likely means cheaper development costs. Although... looking at the Vita again, maybe that won't be true?
