LOL how about being reviewed by "the angry video game nerd" legefyHeh that should do. His reviews are from the boxart itself.

Wrong, a game can be good despite you having no interest in it.
Just because you like dogs more doesn't mean that the cats game is not as good. Heck if you are objective enough you can even tell that the cats game got better gameplay, but you just prefer the game with dogs as you hate cats, it's a really simple idea.
Sh*t voice acting. Bad/cheesy dialogue. Puts me off instantly.
Tacked on MP. Some devs PM is a necessity in the latest releases. Whether or not it makes sense for them to include MP in a particular game is clearly of no concern to a lot of them. If you're gonna do Multiplayer, do a good job.If you're not gonna do just that, then leave it be.
LOTS of other stuff but I don't wanna bore you lot to death.
In my opinion a game is bad if the Single player experience has taken a hit to cater for the Multi-player crowd. Similarly, a game becomes worse (in my opinion) if it was originally a Single player game but the Devs decide to add a MP feature - which probably brings down both the SP and MP modes.

Exactly, fun is subjective and quality is not. Also where do sims fit in? I don't play MS Flight Simulator for ''fun''.I believe controls are the number 1 culprit for making a game bad. It's not to say that it is the only factor, but it is one of the biggest ones. Depending on the game, if I cannot do or move what I need to do in a fluid or controlled motion, then the game is broken.
i wont get genre specific ill just give a list of the most common things that bad games have in common, or atleast games that arent reviewed highly anyways :P, game breaking glitches is a biggy, tediousness, extremely long development cycles with many delays, delays can help a game (ie arkham asylum) but if you delay a game too many times gamers will expect something amazing but sometimes the game wont deliver (too human) there are a crap load more thing that can make a game bad, good concepts implimented badly, bad controls, but truthfully, with most games i can find atleast a little fun in them

Mainly these:
I'm not one for graphics but if there's a game that looks like a N64 game and it's being sold at retail then that's just laziness right there.
Fighting games: Extremely slow pacing, little to no learning curve, randomization, any mechanics that rely on luck, short/simple inputs for combos, infinities.
FPS/TPS: Regenerating health, no bullet drop, unrealistic pacing, run and gun gameplay, boss fights.
Platformer: Low difficulty, bad level design, stupid gimmicks, bad jumping mechanics.
RPG: Low difficulty, quest logs, action based combat, little to no exploration, tons of dialog, little focus on leveling, fetch quests, storylines.
Racing: Cars, driving, tracks.
Sports: Sports.
SHMUP: Low difficulty, crappy music, infinite restarts, boring/generic bullet patterns.
Hack 'N Slash/Beat 'Em Up: Shallow combat, low difficulty, bad boss designs, little to no level variety.
Puzzle: Puzzles.
Simulators: Depends on what your simulating.
Visual Novel/Eroge: Crossroads that essentially tell you what route it leads you to, boring character design, bad storyline, unneeded H-Scenes, crappy voice acting, bad music.
There are other genres/things that make games under that genre worse, but this is all I'm doing.

Haha, some of those are funny. Puzzles: Puzzles :P
i never saw low difficulty as a bad thing though, that always made me have fun screwing around with mechanics I would never otherwise bother with.

Low difficulty in games usually makes me lose interest in them, I really enjoy finding extremely hard old games and playing them (trying to beat them).. It seems that I started gaming at the wrong time, considering how easy games are these days.

I am pretty tolerant of easy so long as the mechanics are solid. What are some of the hardest games you have played?

The emulated version of Sea Dragon for DOS has to be the hardest game I have ever played. The game is supposedly extremely hard normally, but without a slow down software you can't last more than a few seconds because of the insane speed.
P.S. The game gives you 3 lives to beat the game, and it takes one hit to die.
P.S.S. If you want to even try to beat it without a slow down software I suggest spamming shoot so it slows down the game at random points.

I only saw him say that when he does not enjoy a game he thinks it's bad. I don't see anything about what other people think.

Bad Framerate and Repetitiveness is what I care about. Story as well.
I don't really care about graphics unless they're extremely poor on a PC, PS3 or 360.
Voice acting I dont care about. I hate repetitiveness
A lot of the good/bad factor comes from context rather than the specific thing being used. Cheesy dialog can be used successfully in the right context. Controls can be a little weird in the right context. There's no right way to do anything, but gamers notice when things feel out of place in a game, and that's usually when the game starts being called bad.
Otherwise, technical inadequacies is a sure way to make a game bad. Controls not responsive, online laggy, or the framerate slows to a crawl often.
