Okay then, given the legal issues, GeoW for PS3, maybe Gears of War 3 if its not connected in some way or the trilogy down the line (not sure if that could work out) but its legally exclusive to Microsoft platforms for at least the first two games.

Of course, MGS4 and FF13 (the game specifically, this does not include all the spinoffs) are both extremely unlikely as well.
