Indeed. I see no reason why the Wii popularity would suddenly decline. So the only console that can sell the same numbers as the Wii, is the DS. Which also sells some additional units.

I don't. There are millions of kids who don't yet own one.

I don't , but check back in 2009 and the years after .... I may choose one to dethrone the Wii.

I think the PS3 has the best chance to beat the Wii this year. PS3 price will probely go down even more, and many killer apps are coming out this year exclusively for the PS3. Right now the Wii is outselling the PS3 around 2:1. Overall i think it will be a close race but the i think the Wii will sell around a million more.imapieceofwood
